Industrial Strength Cleaning at Height

The patented Apellix Power Wash Systems is a safer, faster way to clean elevated structures. Rapidly clean water towers, storage tanks, and other industrial or commercial assets, including warehouses, apartments, hospitals, etc. The Apellix Power Wash systems are a powerful tool perfect for different cleaning projects. See them at work on our Apellix At Work webpage or our YouTube channel.

Safe

No need for lifts, rope access, and scaffolding; Apellix Power Wash Drone lets you safely clean elevated structures while keeping workers safe on the ground reducing the risk of injury.

Fast & Efficient

Apellix Power Wash Drones can clean large areas quickly and efficiently, significantly reducing the time and manpower required to complete the task. Setup is quick and easy. You’ll be cleaning within minutes of arriving on the job. No need for a lengthy setup of lifts or scaffolding. Unpack the Apellix Power Wash Drone, connect the hose and power tether, and you are ready to clean. This is absolutely the most efficient way to clean elevated structures.

Improved Accessibility

Apellix Power Wash Drones can access hard-to-reach areas giving you a powerful tool to pick up new and profitable cleaning projects.

Designed to Work with Your Equipment

Apellix Power Wash Drones use standard industry accessories (nozzles, hoses, pumps, and power). Just hook it up to your equipment, and you are ready to go.

POWER WASH OR SOFT WASH

Apellix Power Wash Drones are mainly used for Soft Wash at 300 psi (21 bar) and 6 gpm (22 lpm) and can pressure wash at 3,500 psi (240 bar) with 8-10 gpm (30 lpm +) flow to blast away dirt, grease, and debris. They can be used to apply and rinse soap, detergents, degreasers, or other cleaning solutions.

The Apellix Power Systems comes in three models: a battery-powered model (B1), a version with a US Autopilot, distance hold, and side obstacle avoidance (US1), and a model powered by battery or ground power.

Apellix Power Wash System B1

  • Heavy-lift drone

  • Battery powered

  • Spray various liquids: water, soap, detergent, bleach, or other cleaning solutions.

  • Pressure: up to 3,500 psi (240 bar) at the pump

  • High output: Up to 8-10 gpm (30-38 lpm)

  • Fly up to 190 feet/58 meters for Soft Wash, 120 feet (36 meters) for Pressure Wash

  • Portable: Drone fits in 26x26x26 travel container

  • Drone Weight: ~ 20 lbs + 10 lbs with batteries. Total 30 lbs (14kilos) allowing 25 lbs of hose, water, etc. to reach the 55 lbs (25 kilos) FAA weight limit

Apellix Power Wash System US1

  • Heavy-lift drone

  • Battery powered

  • The Same specifications as the Apellix B1 Power Wash Drone

  • Includes orientation and training at your facility or location of your choice, including an actual live job site.

Apellix power wash system x1

  • Heavy-lift drone

  • Ground-based tethered power or battery-powered

  • The Same specifications as the Apellix B1 Power Wash Drone

  • Drone Weight: ~ 25 lbs (11 kilos) with backup batteries

  • Power Supply: 20x20x20 weight ~ 50 lbs (23 kilos)

Note: Heights are calculated based on the current FAA maximum payload weight of 55 lbs (25 kilos) for the drone, hoses, tethers, and liquids. You must calculate the max height based on the hoses you work with. Our team can guide you with the calculation.

US manufacturing of apellix Drones

The unmanned aerial systems (UAS) referenced above are designed, assembled, and tested in  Jacksonville, Florida, USA by Apellix. Consistent with the United States Federal Trade  Commission (FTC) guidance, the UAS is considered “Made in the USA of U.S. and imported parts”. The Apellix US1 Power Wash Drone uses an American Autopilot. The Apellix B1 Power Wash Drone uses a Chinese Autopilot. Excluding batteries, imported parts of the B1 constitute 21% of the total UAS value. Note that battery cells, the critical component in lithium batteries, are only available from China.

Apellix UAS are self-contained and do not access the Internet or report any video, location, or other data other than what is transmitted during flight by the FAA-approved drone ID system. The patented Apellix B1, US1, and X1 was developed in the US by Apellix, a US company based on over ten years of research and engineering conducted exclusively within the US.

The purchase of an Apellix Power Wash system includes training. The training is limited to how the Apellix system connects to a Power Wash Rig and how to safely use the system. Preresquites for the training are a FAA drone pilot license (in the US) and knowledge of how to clean structures. Training is avaialble from the Spray Wash Academy.
